 The decision to explore psychotherapy  is a first step to awareness, insight, and healing. You have taken that step. If you choose to engage in therapy, we will work together  to explore patterns that have resulted in negative thoughts, poor decisions, and unfulfilling relationships. None of these is irreversible. The challenges are there; so also is the hope and the help to face them. The work will be collaborative and solution-focused, as well as insight provoking. Therapy is a place to be seen and understood, perhaps for the first time, but certainly not the last.
